listed as "Natural Bristle" both in the Amazon option selection and in product description. When they arrived the package extols the virtues of natural bristle and states how the finest brushes are made from Natural Bristle, but some cheap brushes may shed bristles, so these are made from "Synthetic Bristle" A false product description.
UPDATE, these brushes are not UK made as stated on Harris website, , they are from China.

I have used these brushes for many years, but I was very disappointed by these, I felt they weighed a lot less than previous ones, the paint hold was very poor, paint drag was also very poor, bristle loss was also very high. Not sure if the supplier has a bad batch or not, but I think I will send them to Harris themselves for review.

I gave easy to clean five stars only because it depends on the paint you are using on whether they are easy to clean, my paint was water based and a quick rinse under the tap and it was as good as new. Value for money I've given five stars because they are very good for what you pay and they certainly do not loose any of their bristles. Easy to use I also gave five stars as I've been DIY painting for over 50 years and if I can't use a brush now I wouldn't be putting this review on here and would have got a decorator in. Go ahead and buy them you will not be disappointed.

You can get cheaper and more expensive brushes than these but for a quality vs price, these have to be up there with the best. I'm painting gloss into woodwork (is there a worst job in the world??) and therefore just wanted to chunk away the brushes after each session for £1-2 a pop it's affordable and great quality.

Will buy these again, my only niggle was that these needed an adult to sign for them with proof of age. I'm not sure why, or if this is mixed up with a set of knives or something but certainly shouldn't be needed. This caused a delay in getting them. More Amazon issue I think.

As a retired painter / decorator I had no particular high hopes for these brushes , but they have turned out to be very good , they hold the bristle and you can cut in ( paint round door frames , windows etc ) straight out of the box you usually have to break a brush down over a period of weeks but these are good to go straight out of the box .

Got these to do some varnishing. Good range of brush sizes, and did the job brilliantly. Good flow and feel.
And used 8 out of 9 brushes, most used two or three times and only one bristle came off (on third use).

My favourite brushes. I wouldnt say they are 100% no hair loss all the time but I havent found easier brushes to use.

These are cheaper on here than the shops. I bought my son in law 2 packs for Christams since he uses a lot of brushes.

Personally I tend to throw away a brush once Ive finished with it, I cannot bear washing brushes as they are never the same.

Cheap but good quality as you would expect. I will be buying more.

I am not a professional, however, I can say that the brushes are very soft (I don't know if this is a good thing or not!) and the selection of sizes is perfect plus they are easy to clean [the brushes were used on both solvent and non-solvent paints]. definitely recommend plus great value for money
